1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Digital Matrix Assets. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Digital Matrix Assets.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them by reference.

Please review these Terms and our applicable store policies before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under the laws applicable to you.

If you permit a minor to use this site under your supervision, you are responsible for that use to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may not use our products, website, or services for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Digital Matrix Assets sells products that may include:

Pokémon trading cards
Sports trading cards
Raw and ungraded singles
Professionally graded cards
Sealed trading-card products
Related collectibles and accessories

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify our product selection.

Product Photographs and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately.

For individually listed raw or graded cards, the card shown in the listing photographs is the card the customer will receive unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

Photographs form part of the product description. Lighting, camera equipment, sleeves, protective holders, foil finishes, and display settings may affect the appearance of colors, surfaces, and minor imperfections.

4. RAW AND UNGRADED CARDS

Raw cards are sold based on the condition information and photographs contained in the listing.

Trading cards may exhibit manufacturing characteristics or variations involving:

Centering
Printing
Surfaces
Edges
Corners
Foil or finish
Other factory characteristics

No Grade Guarantee

Digital Matrix Assets does not guarantee that a raw card will receive any particular grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett/BGS, SGC, or another third-party grading company.

Condition descriptions are not predictions or guarantees of a future professional grade.

Third-party grading companies apply their own standards and judgment, which are outside our control.

5. PROFESSIONALLY GRADED CARDS

Professionally graded cards are sold according to the grading company, grade, certification information, holder, label, and photographs shown in the listing.

The grade represents the opinion of the third-party grading company and is not an independent grade assigned by Digital Matrix Assets.

Minor cosmetic wear may be present on graded-card holders. Significant cracks, label damage, or other material holder issues will be disclosed when known.

Digital Matrix Assets is not affiliated with PSA, CGC, Beckett/BGS, SGC, or other grading companies unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. SEALED PRODUCTS

Sealed trading-card products may include booster packs, booster bundles, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, collection boxes, blaster boxes, booster boxes, hobby boxes, and similar products.

We do not guarantee:

Pull rates
Card distribution
Rarity
Particular cards or inserts
Market value of contents
Professional grading outcomes
The internal condition of individual cards inside factory-sealed packaging

Once factory seals, shrink wrap, or other sealed packaging are opened or materially altered after delivery, the product is generally not eligible for a discretionary return.

This does not affect rights relating to an incorrect item, shipping damage, material misdescription, or rights required by applicable law.

7. PRICING AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable sales tax and other transaction taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout as required by law based on factors such as the customer's destination and applicable tax rules.

Pricing and Listing Errors

If a product contains a material pricing, inventory, description, or system error, we may cancel the affected order before fulfillment.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel because of such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND INVENTORY

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order may be declined or cancelled for legitimate reasons including:

Product unavailability
Inventory synchronization errors
Pricing or listing errors
Payment authorization problems
Suspected fraud
Shipping restrictions
Legal or regulatory requirements

Our inventory may be synchronized across multiple systems and sales channels. Although we work to maintain accurate inventory, temporary discrepancies can occur.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify the customer and refund the unavailable item or affected order as appropriate.

9. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized payment providers.

Digital Matrix Assets does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed for fraud or payment risk.

We may request reasonable verification information or cancel an order when we reasonably believe the transaction may be unauthorized or fraudulent.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Our current domestic shipping model uses buyer-paid, carrier-calculated tracked parcel shipping. USPS Ground Advantage is our minimum standard domestic shipping service.

We do not offer Plain White Envelope (PWE), stamped letter-mail, flat-rate domestic shipping, or free-shipping thresholds.

Eligible products may receive combined calculated shipping as described in the Shipping Policy.

Processing times, packaging standards, tracking, sealed-product packaging, combined shipping, address requirements, and carrier-related procedures are described in the full Shipping Policy.

Shopify requires merchants to make fulfillment timelines and shipping information clear to customers, and federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the advertised timeframe or obtain consent for a delay/refund when they cannot.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged orders, incorrect items, sealed-product returns, cancellations, and return-shipping requirements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Digital Matrix Assets generally does not accept discretionary or change-of-mind returns.

Qualifying order issues may include:

Damage in transit
Incorrect items
Missing items
Material differences from the listing
Other material fulfillment errors

Approved physical returns must follow the return instructions provided by Digital Matrix Assets.

Shopify requires refund policies to be current, public-facing, and clear about matters such as return timing, return costs, and how customers can contact the merchant.

12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after fulfillment processing has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately. For security, tracking, and order-integrity reasons, we may require an unfulfilled order to be cancelled and placed again using the correct address rather than manually changing the destination.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation or address modification may no longer be possible.

13. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, abusive activity, violations of these Terms, or applicable legal requirements.

14. TRANSACTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

By placing an order, you understand that we may send communications necessary to administer the transaction, including:

Order confirmations
Payment notifications
Shipping and tracking notifications
Delivery-related communications
Return and refund communications
Fraud or account-security communications
Customer-service responses

These communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

15. SHOPIFY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted using Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, inventory management, shipping, analytics, communications, security, accounting, and other business functions.

Those providers may maintain their own terms and privacy practices.

Our use and disclosure of personal information through these services is addressed in our Privacy Policy.

This section does not state that every customer is automatically a party to Shopify's merchant Terms of Service; Shopify's own merchant agreements primarily govern the relationship between Shopify and merchants. Shopify separately provides consumer privacy information for individuals whose data it processes.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, original website content created by Digital Matrix Assets, including original text, branding, graphics, logos, and site materials, is owned by Digital Matrix Assets or used under appropriate rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our original content without authorization except as permitted by law.

Third-party trading-card brands, character names, league names, team names, trademarks, product imagery, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party brands are used to identify and describe authentic physical products offered for resale and do not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

17. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:

Violate applicable law
Submit fraudulent orders
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Introduce malicious software
Interfere with website security or operation
Misuse customer-service or payment systems
Impersonate another person
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct

We may take reasonable action to protect our customers, business, systems, and service providers from prohibited activity.

18. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Matrix Assets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular transaction will not exceed the amount paid to Digital Matrix Assets for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

19. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, operations, policies, or applicable legal requirements.

The current revision date will appear at the top of this page.

Updated Terms will apply as permitted by applicable law. Material changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute may be brought in an appropriate court located in Illinois where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections available under the laws that apply to that consumer.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the applicable terms governing purchases through our online store, subject to rights and obligations that cannot be modified by contract.
